Muktinath Temple is located 24 km northeast direction from Jomsom. 200 km from Pokhara and 406 km from Kathmandu in Mustang District, Annapurna Conservation Area of Nepal. Muktinath is a highly venerated sacred place for both Hindus and Buddhists. Situated at an altitude of 3,710 meters (12,172 feet) at the base of the Thorong La mountain pass in the Mustang district.

Muktinath Tour can be easily reached just in one day by taking 15 minutes flight from Pokhara to Jomsom then, one and half hour jeep drive up to the Ranipauwa and walk for 20 minutes up to the temple.
